As a former culinary and management student of The Art Institute of NYC, I realized that this was something I wanted to do than just getting out of the house, so to speak. Upon volunteering for a catering event at Lincoln Center with my catering class, as well as working as an on call banquet server I decided that this is the path I need and want to take.

Coming from parents that which are both natives of Jamaica W. Indies, I specialize in Jamaican cuisines such as Oxtails, Curried Chicken, Stewed Peas, to name a few. Other specialties that are American inspired cuisines such as Salmon, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Barbequed Wings, etc…  You can be rest assured there’s something for everyone’s palate.
